How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month to month leases, allowing you the flexibility to commit to only the length of time that you need.

When can I get my belongings?
Our facilities are open 7 days a week.

How much notice must be given when I move out?
We require a 10 day written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of Move-In.

Can I purchase boxes and packing supplies at your facility?
Yes, our property carries a variety of boxes, tape and protective packing supplies to aid in securing your valuables.

How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail or in person by money order, check or credit/debit card. You may also arrange to have your payment automatically deducted from your credit card.

What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?
We have a wide variety of unit sizes to meet your needs. Please contact your Self Storage Professionals for our available sizes and prices.

How do I calculate how much storage space I need to rent?
Our Self Storage Professionals can assist you in determining the right size. Just give us a brief discription of what will be stored and we will help you determine how much space is needed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept money order, check, and or credit/debit cards.

What is the difference between gate hours and office hours?
Gate hours are when current renters can access the property. Office hours are hours the sales office is open and staffed to rent units, receive payments and assist you with any questions you may have.

What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You will need to bring with you a current, vaild driver's license or federal ID with a picture. On vehicle storage (Boat/RV/Car/Motorcycle), current registration in the customer's name is required.

Do I need insurance?
You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy carefully to ensure there is insurance carrier as a supplement or as your sole coverage. Please ask your Self Storage Professionals for details and coverage. INSURANCE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TENANT.

Are there moving carts available?
Our site is equipped with flatbed carts for on site use. Free of charge. Off site carts can be rented from our office during normal business hours.

What is climate control?
Climate control maintains the temperature in your storage unit between 55 and 85 degrees. This feature may cost minimally more; however, will reduce the impact of extreme temperature fluctuations. 

Can anybody drive onto the property or do you need a PIN number?
Only current customers are able to enter our properties with a personalized, PIN number that must be entered at the gate entrance.

Although our office is closed for major holidays, customers will have access to their units 365 days a year through an electronic security gate system.
